Help for WristFolio

WristFolio is meant to stay simple, so support should stay simple too. Start with the quick checks below, then use the issue details list if you need to report a problem.

Quick troubleshooting.

Price is not updating

Tap Reload or pull down to refresh. If the watch has weak network access, the app may keep showing cached data until a new request succeeds.

Portfolio total looks wrong

Double-check the value entered in the “Your BTC” field. WristFolio calculates the total using your stored BTC amount and the current BTC price.

History screens look different than expected

Use the time-range buttons to switch views. BTC history and portfolio history are separate screens and show different information by design.

App seems offline

WristFolio can still show cached values, but fresh market data depends on network access and CoinGecko availability.

When reporting an issue

Include enough detail to make the problem clear.

  • Your Apple Watch model
  • Your watchOS version
  • What happened
  • What you expected to happen instead
  • Whether the problem happened during refresh, amount entry, or history viewing
